Coaching
Joe Meyer is often referred to as “The Listing Coach”. He has coached numerous salespeople to greater success in listings. His coaching program is unique in many ways. For one thing, there are no long term commitments nor year-long contracts you must obligate to. I ask for three months. (no contract)
During the 3 month coaching period, we will meet on the phone once per week for 45 minutes. All paperwork correspondence will be done through email. Each coaching program will be customized to the sales agent’s individual needs, strengths and areas needed to improve upon. Although I will be open to discussing and coaching all areas of real estate, the main emphasis will be on all phases of listing production.
The investment for this program is $500 per month to be charged at the beginning of each monthly cycle of coaching.
